The BIQU Cryogrip Pro Glacier K2 Plus is the next-generation magnetic flexible build plate, built to deliver outstanding adhesion at bed temperatures well below what traditional PEI sheets need. It has a fine, smooth textured “Glacier” finish that grips everyday filaments firmly while cutting energy use and reducing heat creep issues inside the extruder. It also comfortably handles high-temperature engineering materials.
The BIQU Cryogrip Pro Glacier K2 Plus handles a broad range of filaments and adapts easily to high-temp materials up to 300°C nozzle temperature.
The BIQU Cryogrip Pro Glacier K2 Plus features a 7-layer composite construction:
Layer 1: Base plate made from 580HV hard, ferromagnetic spring steel. Gives a strong magnetic hold and protects prints from deformation.
Layers 2 & 5: Ultra-strong adhesion promoter layers bond the top coat to the spring steel, so there’s no risk of detachment even after repeated flexing.
Layers 3 & 6: Corrosion-resistant, shock-resistant intermediate layers guard against damage from nozzle punctures.
Layers 4 & 7: A porous oleophobic polymer top coat provides ultra-strong adhesion without heat and prevents peeling-related print failures.
Build Plate Performance:
- Excellent PLA adhesion at 45-55°C bed temperature
