Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at this time.

2. Courier Partners

We use trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

  • The Courier Guy
  • Internet Express
  • Pargo (collection points)
  • BobBox (collection lockers)

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier schedules, and unforeseen delays.

  • Gauteng: 2–3 working days
  • Outside Gauteng: 3–5 working days
    Delivery to remote areas may require an additional 1–3 working days.

We do not offer delivery on weekends. If you place your order on a Friday and choose express delivery, your order will only be delivered the following week.

The cut-off time for express deliveries to be collected is 10:00am on any given weekday.

We will do our best to deliver your items as timeously as possible but shall not be held liable for any losses or damages of any kind incurred due to late delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
  • Special shipping arrangements and additional costs apply for orders exceeding 40 kg.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

5. Collection Option

Customers may choose to collect their orders in person at:

Collection is available during business hours. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.

6. Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional and must be specifically requested:

  • If ordering via our website, select insurance at checkout (if available).
  • If placing an order via email, phone, or other channels, please request insurance before payment.
    Insurance costs are charged in addition to standard shipping rates.

7. Restricted Items

We cannot ship isopropyl alcohol via our courier services. Customers wishing to purchase this item must arrange in-store collection.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

We package all orders with care. Items are well packaged and protected.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing info@3dprintlab.co.za with photos of the packaging and item.

Once your package has been booked, you will receive an email confirming delivery details including tracking and delivery information.

If your parcel is missing, we will work with the courier to locate it. Please note that uninsured parcels are subject to the courier’s liability limits.
