Adaptive pressure control
The integrated Adaptive Pressure Rocking Arm automatically adjusts the contact pressure to suit different filament hardnesses. This ensures uniform extrusion for standard plastics, tough carbon fibre blends, and ultra-soft TPU 65A+.
Tool-free maintenance with the Magnetic Snap System
The patented Magnetic Snap System allows for maintenance entirely without tools. The front plate can be removed and reattached in seconds, which is perfect for quick cleaning and straightforward servicing.
Open design for maximum control
The open cooling architecture provides a clear view of the filament path and gears. This allows issues to be identified and resolved immediately. Simultaneously, active temperature control ensures reliable operation without clogging.
Precise filament feeding
The play between helical gears and the U-shaped roller guide enables exceptionally precise material feeding. This reduces typical printing artefacts such as VFA’s and significantly improves print quality. Furthermore, wear is reduced by up to 60%.

The DXC2 extruder is directly compatible with the Creality K2 series. For a complete plug-and-play upgrade, the following is required:
1. Mandatory: Install the printed chain riser for mechanical alignment
2. Recommended: Use the optimised cooling duct and front cover for best performance (original cover is not compatible).
3. Configuration: Adjust the retraction settings in the firmware
