Wear-resistant, Heat-resistant, for Diverse Filaments
Copper alloy is heat resistant up to 500ยฐC, while hardened steel is heat resistant up to 450ยฐC. They can be used with various filaments for printing. *Applicable filaments: PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PLA-CF, PA-CF, PET-CF, etc.
Exquisite Details and Ingenuity
Our nickel-plated surface minimizes filament adhesion, ensuring smoother feeding. The inner wall, with a Ra๏ผ0.4 roughness, enhances filament flow, enabling super-smooth extrusion. The precise orifice, free from burrs, supports seamless feeding. Additionally, seamless junctions eliminate filament leakage, thanks to flat surfaces and strong joints.
