Vision Miner Nano Polymer Adhesive is a liquid build plate adhesive for FDM printing. It was developed for high-performance polymers like PEEK, PEI (ULTEM™), and PPSU, which are hard to keep stuck to the bed, but it also works with everyday filaments such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, and polycarbonate. It holds parts firmly in place during printing, so you don’t need brims, and it avoids the mess of glue sticks and hairspray.
Vision Miner Nano Polymer Adhesive Key features:
- Built for high-temp materials: Designed for PEEK, PEI, PPSU, and other engineering-grade thermoplastics, and suitable for most lower-temp filaments too
- Strong grip: Withstands pull forces over 20,000 PSI
- Works on many surfaces: Borosilicate and ceramic glass, carbon fibre, PEI, FR4, Garolite, fibreglass, BuildTak™, Kapton tape, flex plates, and more
- Long-lasting: With PLA and PETG, one coating can be reused 50+ times, and each bottle covers 300+ coatings at 180mm x 180mm
- Easy to clean and reapply
How to Use Vision Miner Nano Polymer Adhesive:
- Clean the build surface with water, window cleaner, or alcohol
- Spread the adhesive evenly over the build area while the plate is cool
- Let it dry completely, then heat the bed above 60°C to activate it
- Calibrate your first layer height and print
- Remove the part
Compatibility Notes:
- Not suitable for POM (Delrin) or polypropylene (PP)
- On glass plates, remove parts from high-temp materials (over 300°C) while the plate is still hot, because the part can contract and chip or shatter the glass. ABS and PETG can also chip glass, so a protective surface like PEI or Kapton is recommended for ABS.

⚠ Safety Information: DANGER
Highly flammable liquid and vapour. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause drowsiness or dizziness.
Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames. Use in a well-ventilated area, wear gloves and eye protection, and keep the container tightly closed. Apply to a cool plate and let it dry before heating the bed. In case of fire, use foam, dry powder, CO2, or water spray, not a water jet.
