Installation Guide:
(Taking the Ender 3 V3 SE model as an example)
1. Unload filament and turn off the power supply
– a. Please make sure the filament is completely removed from the hotend.
– b. Please wait for the nozzle to cool down to room temperature before continuing disassembly.
– c. Please ensure that the power is turned off; otherwise, it may cause damage during the replacement process.
2. Remove the nozzle cover
Remove the screws on both sides of the nozzle and remove the nozzle cover
3. Remove the extruder
Remove the four screws on the right side and remove the extruder.
4. Remove the old nozzle and fan
– a. Remove fan and the screws of the heat sink.
– b. Remove the hotend terminal block.
5. Install the integrated nozzle
– a. Install integrated nozzle and fan (install mounting holes and Teflon tube according to the machine model).
– b. Install the hotend wiring.
6. Install the extruder
Align the Teflon tube, vertically install the extruder, and securely fasten the four screws on the right side.
7. Install the nozzle cover
Securely fasten the nozzle cover with screws on both sides.
