The Creality x Phaetus Silicon Carbide Unicorn Nozzle is a fully integrated design for Creality 3D printers, which offers exceptional wear resistance and a long service life thanks to the special, patented EndCoat™ technology.
Thanks to an enlarged nozzle chamber, and a maximum flow rate of up to 30 mm³/s, high-speed printing of up to 600 mm/s can be achieved.
The Creality x Phaetus Silicon Carbide Unicorn Nozzle with a Mohs hardness of 9.8 has a service life of up to 7 times longer than a nozzle made of hardened steel. In combination with the EndCoat™ coating, the nozzle is incredibly wear-resistant.
The nozzle supports standard materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU, but is also suitable for printing composite materials that are used in industrial contexts containing abrasive additives such as carbon fibre, glass fibre, steel, wood, phosphor pigments etc.
Compatible with the following machines: Creality K1 (2024), Creality K1 Max (2024), Creality K1C, Creality K1 SE, Creality Ender 3 V3, Creality Ender3 V3 Plus or any machine using the Creality Unicorn Nozzle.
